Subject: Review of scanned documents not of book

It is easy to see that these are the worst scanned documents possible, and the scanner even captured her own hand on page 3 and didn't correct it.
Half of the pages are incorrectly scanned!
This is an extremely rare book, and should be accessible to the public as promised.
Please re-scan this very rare book for researchers, thank you!
